How many have outdoor fridge?

This is a new option for me curious how many of you use it regularly and do you like it?

Just added one to mine since my coach had the optional drawer and receptacle.

I went with the Dometic CFX-75DZWSE biggest one that will fit.

That is a nice unit. We just opted for an apartment fridg, a little smaller, can also act as a freezer. No pull out tray needed. Used for either really long trips (extra freezer) or a place to have handy beverages. Under $200. It is a nice feature to add.

My Essex came with one. We loaded it up before we left home in August and were heading for Montana. We used it as a freezer and it worked very well. No big grocery store where we stay in Montana. We're not using it now because we're in Mesa, AZ. and there's certainly no shortage of grocery stores!

Our coach came with a Norcold TEK II. I was surprised that it still worked when I turned it on. We carry bottled water, sodas and beer. We also restock the inside fridge from the outside one.

I got sick of buying ice every other day to keep the beer cold. Bought the Dometic 80 series and installed it in a MORryde freezer slide (all from Amazon). LOVE IT!

We did not get the fridge but got the outlet for it installed in the bay in case we ever want to put one there.

One friend who tailgates allot loves it for outside food storage.

One friend who travels more leaves his in the garage to have more storage.

Same Here, I had the Dometic CFX40 W for my last coach but kept it in the interior as it would not fit in any of my lower compartments.

I am looking forward to using this new outdoor fridge/freezer combo to minimize running in and out of the coach.

Ted.

We opted not to order it but had it prepped.
There is a lot of storage without it.
Too early to tell if we will add it.

I ordered it and am very happy with it. It will be full of beer on the way to Alaska in June and salmon on the way back.

Get it - you'll love it! I use as a freezer for my Prime beef & Chops while 3 1/2 months in FL. Use it as a refrigerator at tailgates.

Happy Trails

Curious how you are getting across Canada with a lot of beer. Last time they counted mine and measured my liquor bottles.

For some reason alcohol amounts are tightly controlled no matter which way you are going. I wonder why the amounts are so low?

I have a big Dometic refer/freezer on a slide tray that I have never turned on. It stores bottled water and soft drinks until they are needed inside.

Had it in our '02 DSDP, miss it in my present CC. Could add it though but stores are usually close by.

We put that same model in our Aspire and love it. Won't have any coach without one from now on.
