How to power off SilverLeaf

Today I was trying to do a system reset. I turned off shore power; turned off the inverter; and disconnected the house and then the chassis batteries. When I went back in the coach the silverleaf screen was still on. I don't understand. Is the one red switch in the chassis battery compartment the turn off switch? did I not do something?

Ok , your coach being a lot newer than mine , this is a shot in the dark .

There is a factory installed , chassis battery maintainer, solar panel on my coach that is not wired to the battery , it's wired to the Newmar installed front fuse panel , and so when the batteries are disconnected from that panel , the solar charger , powers up some items that take their power from the front panel since it can't charge the battery. If your coach has a similar solar panel you'll have to find and pull it's fuse to get everything to shut down.

I had to pull 2 fuses to do a system reset. They are located by the SilverLeaf control modules in the basement on my New Aire.

Most issues involve the TM102 module. Just unplug the power to the TM102 for a reset.
