How to slide out residential fridge

I have a Whirlpool French door residential fridge installed in a DSDP4018. It's leaking water in the bottom of the freezer which freezes up and causes the door to not close properly. I want to unclog the drain, but you need to get access to the back panel. I removed the trim piece and the two screws on the top as well as the two bolts on the bottom and attempted to pull it out. It won't budge. Any suggestions getting this thing out?

I just removed mine last week to have the compressor replaced. The two screws that you removed up top, are there to hold a trim piece. Take that piece out and behind it you will see the metal brackets screwed to a board (4 screws). Remove them and the fridge will be free. I placed a piece of 1/4” plywood on the floor to protect the tile floor.

Open the two doors and use them to lift and pull the fridge.

Thank you for the info! I wish Newgle would update their instructions and show the trim piece. You also need to have a 16" #2 phillips screwdriver to get the screws out.
