HVAC Zones
We have two AC units and two zones on the thermostat. Up until recently I thought that meant Zone 1 was the front of the coach and Zone 2 was the rear. I don't know why we are just now discovering that this may not be the case after 1 1/2 years of owning our coach. 
While exercising the generator last week with only Zone 1 AC on and Zone 2 off, I discovered cold air blowing from every ceiling vent from front to back.
So, where is Zone 2, or is this just the designation for the second AC unit?
The zones are definitely separate for the hydronic furnace and blowers, front and back.
Any insight would be appreciated.

Don:
My older W has a front a back switch. I can only operate one at a time on shore power, but I only have 30 amp service. When I run generator both can operate when on front switch.

We have 3 ac/heat pumps all ducted together. The vents closest to the unit running blow the most.

In most Newmar coaches there is one supply and one return duct that both A/C units feed into. You should find the flow strongest in the front when you have Zone 1 on and strongest in the back when you have Zone 2 on. I have installed a baffle so that less air flows out the back when we have Zone 1 on.

Stewart - I am curious how you did that? There is no direct access to the ducting that I can see.

DandS, You can stuff some piece of foam into the AC exhaust ports in duck after taking out one of the vents for access.
Cut it over size so stays in area you put it incase you want to remove it.

Maybe.
It will depend on having enough return vents in each zone to allow for sufficient air flow through each AC.
