Hwh 610 cg control box

Hello everyone, I have a 2000 Dutch Star and I'm having issues with the HWH RAP1079 control box. My service center says they are discontinued but I can send it in to HWH for repairs,the control panel is not receiving a signal? before I send it out for repair is there anything that I can check?
