HWH Full wall slide - Leveling Procedure

My 2019 DSDP 4369 has the HWH Full wall slide. One of the items that I asked the factory to look at is the level of the slide, as it dips down in 2 directions, towards the front of the coach, and towards the wall.

The measurement was done using a 4 foot section of C channel of aluminum placed on 3 blocks of wood. 2 blocks where located on the main floor, and the final block located as close to the wall as possible. The measurement indicated the slide was 3/8" low on the wall. The other measurement was taken similar in fashion but I wasn't present for that.

The end result is that 3/8" is in spec.

I would like to make this closer to spec on my own, but have no idea how to do this. Does anyone of the adjustment guide for the HWH FWS?

I was on their web site last week (HWH.com) and it covers what you want. Start with OEM (Newmar) then year and then model Dutch Star. I have been trying to bypass the slide ignition lockout. Newmar was no help and HWH said it is programed into the controller per Newmar and they will not discuss changing it. The other 2 slides were easy. I didn't read about adjusting the slide.
