HWH/Hadley interface module location
Anyone know where the HWH/Hadley interface module is located?
I’m working on a 2018 Essex spartan chassis.

i have never seen an interface.
hadley and hwh do not work together. they use two different parameters.
what i tell people to do is to level with hwh, then zero the hadley to show level at that point. thats the only way i could get either to even nearly agree with each other.
or you can do the opposite, level with hadley, and set hwh to match.
its easier to use one or the other, because they just dont agree on anything.

All the wiring diagrams I’ve gotten from Spartan shows an interface module.Hadley says they don’t supply it so is that something that HWH supply’s?Newmar doesn’t make it but they do install the jack system. The HWH system does tell the Hadley system to dump the air when leveling.I called HWH today to talk to a tech guy they put me on a list and said they will call me back in about a week.Really.If I want to talk to the parts guy the call back is 3 weeks!

If you can post the wiring diagram, it may help in identifying the module.

I believe the Hadley and HWH panel in my Essex work together also, at least working with both air leveling and using jack's. When I bought my Coach I didn't like the position of the auto level with jack's, so leveled the Coach, and went in the basement and adjusted the HWH pod. Auto level goes to that position every time now, with jack's being used or when air leveling.
Don't know for certain if they work together, but they sure seem to........
Like you said, when doing auto level for jack usage, when the air dumps, it dumps keeping the Coach level, you can see this watching the yellow light's on the HWH panel and feel it , and when at it lowest point of being level , the jack's then start to come down. It does not drop to the frame snubber's letting all the air out of the bag's.
Just my observation's on how mine operates........
Just found this thread that might help.....

Older models, but there sure use to be a interface module!

Took a look in my front electrical bay under the driver's seat just now, found this...... Label on the wire harness going to it says "Spartan Jack Controller".
When you click on the picture it turns correctly.......

I don’t have that jack controller in my cabinet.Did they change in 2018 or just not install it.I talked to the original owner about the Hadley system and he said he never used it because he didn’t understand how it worked.I’ve only owned it for 4 months and it never worked.

I'm not sure about that, my Essex is a 2012.......... but I think this confirms my thought's I posted on the HWH and the Hadley SAMS system working together, at least on mine. I'm sure a lot has changed as the year's have past in these system's...........
You would think Spartan would be more help or at the very least Newmar sharing their print's

Question, on the right side of your compartment, there are 2 rod holder clip's with a pole of some kind snapped into them, what is that pole for? I have the 2 snap clip's , but nothing in them.
Always wondered what went in them.........
I download your print's, adjusted them in photo's , but can not still read them when I zoom in on them..........

I believe in that year the Mountain Aire, London Aire, Essex, and the King Aire all had this system. In2019/ 2020 Spartan went to Valid in 2020.
tom chelbana on here has a 2018 London Aire with the Hadley system and HWH. He is very knowledgeable with the Newmar's....... shoot him a message and ask for a picture of his bay.
Don't think this pertains but..... https://www.irv2.com/forums/f103/spa...el-401102.html

I have a 2018 MADP with both HWH and Hadley and I am not aware of any “interface module”. There is an air dump signal (12V?) that is sent by the HWH system to have the air dumped. This would be used as part of the HWH leveling process. It’s my belief that this signal is an input signal to the Hadley to have the Hadley system dump air. I took a look at my Hadley wiring diagrams but the quality isn’t good enough to make a determination. Here is the HWH diagram.

I do have the same HWH wiring diagram and the white wire and 9300 wire that you have circled do send out a signal to dump the air.My Hadley/Spartan diagram shows that signal going to an interface module. The two diagrams I sent are hard to read but the circled parts are labeled as the interface module.I will try and send the email that I got from Spartan.
