HWH Level Controller all LEDs on and no function

Hi guys,

My HWH level worked until fine but now when I try to use it, it turns on all the LEDs on the panel and does NOT do anything. I can then turn all the LEDs off by hitting the off button.

Any clues what is happening here?

I will give them a call later but just wanted to see if anything has gone through this before.

Thanks.

I would try a power reset. Disconnect the 12v power to this system, either by fuse or the batteries.

I have seem this on several components. Also verify that all the fuses are good.

There are 2 inline fuses at the unit. If 1 of them blows the pump won't run, but the lights light up.

bad touch panel. download a service manual and do the diagnostics. im sure that is what you will find. no substitute for a hands on diagnostic.
email hwh at service@hwh.com
include contact info. phone, name address, vin, year, make and model of coach. also get the AP number off the back of the touch panel.
email will get you a much quicker response.

You need some information in your signature and profile of what coach you have go to the CP up on left hand side of forum to add information.
Here is the link to HWH Systems for trouble shooting.

Experience cannot be beaten.

You were right on. I unplugged the control unit and replugged it, it is working fine now.

Thank you.

good to hear. there is no substitute for hands on. otherwise, its just a good guess.
sorry i missed it. sometimes the plug on the touch pad does loosen and cause the problem.
