HWH levelers

I have HWH levelers on my 2010 Newmar DS 4386. When I press any of the buttons to manually raise or lower the jacks all I hear is a clicking noise. A Newmar mechanic told me I needed a new master board, which I ordered and replaced. Same problem. It will work occasionally, but not very often.

HWH

Go to HWH.com and download the diagnostics for the system you have. I used it for my 325 system to insure it was in fact the main board before ordering replacement. There are only a few parts on the board that can fail and they are available on line. I have ordered and will be soldering in the new parts so I will have a standby replacement.

It may have an auto resetting breaker that has failed. I would check that.

Every, EVERY electrical issue I ever had on my older Kountry Star was due to a corroded ground. Find your HWH pump’s ground cable and have a look.

As stated above, many of the issues with the older HWH units has been a bad ground. Do a simple test, take a GOOD pair of jumper cables, attach to a GOOD ground and then attach to the HWH unit.

Contact Paul at AZPETE on the Irv2 forum. He works for HWH and can answer your questions. His email is pfmaddox@att.net and his phone number is 602-549-3638. He is a Commercial Member and has posted that his phone is always on, and if not answered, leave a message.

He has helped others on this forum and I am sure he can help you.
