HWH leveling system

Does anyone know if there is supposed to be a fuse in the wire that runs from the master relay to the pump relay. I have a fuse in this line and I keep getting the wire overheating and melting the insulation and/or the fuse holder when leveling or retracting the jacks. I looked on line and the HWH drawing does not show a fuse. Not sure if my fuse should be there or not. ???

I don't know, but if it's a Glass inline fuse I would replace with a inline blade fuse.

I discovered the problem. I have the 725 series and there is, indeed, a 40 amp fuse from the wiring harness to the master relay…. I replaced the wire and fuse holder and now have to monitor to see if it overheats again…

I see that fuse on pg 18 of the 725 Operator Manual. I have a 610 system and it has a 40A fuse on the main power wire coming to the system. I replaced it with a 40A automotive self resetting CB.
