HWH Not Leveling after Calibration

On my 2006 Mountain Aire 4032 I cannot get the auto level set properly. It always raises the back end to high. To set it I followed this procedure:

Manually leveled the coach via dumping air then pressing the necessary buttons to bring the coach to level based on a bubble level in the coach areas.
Turn the switch on, and then the HWH system to see the lights.
Then went to the control box underneath the front end and turned the set screws to the position to get the out of level lights to turn off.
Turned off switch\hwh system.
Turn the switch back on and hit the buttons to autolevel.
Continues to raise back end way too high.

Can anyone advise?

Contact Paul at AZPETE on the Irv2 forum. He works for HWH and can answer your questions. His email ispfmaddox@att.net and his phone number is 602-549-3638. He is a Commercial Member and has posted that his phone is always on, and if not answered, leave a message.

You might have a bad pressure switch on one of the rear jacks. If so, the computer doesnít recognize that the Jack is down so it keeps raising the rear.

Yes this is the process, but I did notice I missed a step. I did not turn off the switch to reset the system. I will make more attempts to day at getting this done right. Hopefully I will not need any new parts, as I expect they will be overpriced.

I did do something not mentioned in the steps. A valve looked to set at a different open setting so I made it about the same as the other 3. Now the lights all go all as though its level but then continues to rise in the rear until there is not more left to go.

Guess I messed up something!!!

When I started this calibration attempt what you mention did not happen, but now it does every time I auto-level. Although as mentioned above I forgot to turn off the switch to reset the system. Hope this was the reason. Gonna make more attempts today.

Also been emailing Paul as mentioned earlier, but asking for all the help I can get.

Can someone tell me what the 4 devices are that sit on top of the tank of the hwh 625 that have a control screw on the end. My guess is they are the pumps for each jack. Is there some adjusting I can do to these to make the system perform optimally? Seems to me that some of the jacks go down faster\respond better than others. For example the front door side jack delays going down when I try to level manually side to side.

rfg, you really need a service manual. email me at pfmaddox@att.net, or text me at 602 548 3638 with your email. i will send you a 625 and a 725 service manual. you can use the one that fits your coach.
jerry is right. one of the jacks has a bad pressure switch.
because the control box is not getting a signal to the control box, it will continue to extend.
please call me at 602 549 3638.
