HWH problem
2019 DS 4369 and started to leave this AM and full wall slide moved up a couple of inches and then stopped. Will not move up or down, I can hear the motor running but sounds like it is just free spinning. Called Newmar and did a hard reset of the system with no luck. Waiting on a call back from a mobile tech. Any ideas?

Just for the heck of it, I would cycle the jacks through an Auto Level and then store them. Once stored try the FWS again. If the jacks are down now, try to Auto Store and try the wall.

Sounds like you have a flat-floor mechanism, right? Also what is the model # of your HWH slide/leveling system? This helps identify your model number.

Update to the problem. After spending over an hour with a mobile tech and HWH on the phone the problem was diagnosed as a bad pump. Have to order the whole assembly ( tank, motor and pump for $1040.00). HWH said that is the only way they sell the pump. Told them I had replaced the motor in Feb. of last year and they said to save it as a spare but it was out of warranty. UGH. Waiting on parts from HWH

When we bought our coach our pump was shot also. I bought from Stuarts Services - you might want to check their price. HWH Replacement Parts - Stuart's Services

I noticed on some folks HWH systems they have a "dump" button. Mine doesn't. I wonder if that can be added after the fact? Put in a different module?

When you press the auto level button, it should automatically dump air before starting the leveling process.

Agreed, but I just want to dump air and not have the jacks activate.

I did that once and when I started the coach it didn't air up. I ended up running an air line into the connector in the front of the coach to air the coach up. Then I hit auto level, which dumped air and levelled with the jacks. When I started the coach, the coach aired up the way it was supposed to work. Moral of the story is that if you interrupt the process it may not work as it supposed to. Something about a voltage line to the dump valve that isn't present when you turn it off.

Yep, I did that once, in my garage. I called a mobile mechanic who told me to use auto-level and it worked.
He said the HWH control box loses its place in the programming. Using the auto-level refreshes its memory-so to speak.
That lesson cost me $165 service call.
