Ironically mine was on the fritz today too. I got a low temp alarm as it’s crazy cold here in VA but my coach is on 50A in storage. Hmm. Long story short the dometic thermostat was locked up. I got it alive again after poking at a few switches but if it happens again a 12V power cycle such as the salesman switch is probably the answer.

HYDRN (Oasis) dash floor fan

My new-to-me 2018 Ventana has same problem with the dash floor fan not operating. Thermostat is set correctly and operates all other fans in front of coach. Floor fan does not respond in LOW; MED; or HIGH. Have not located a separate fuse for it inside or outside coach. Access to fan and vent distribution box is behind dash drawers. Not easy to get to.

It acts like it's not getting power. All other DC voltage is fine in coach. Is there some way to check voltage to the fan switch or the fan itself?

Thanks for thoughts.

Before undue pain, try cycling the 12V power on the coach via the door side salesman switch. This will power cycle/reboot the Dometic Comfort Control Center (aka thermostat). Then run the temp UP in both zones to force the heat on and see what happens.

Thanks Neal. First thing I tried was the DC disco. Didn't have any effect. I'll try it again but don't hold out much hope. FYI, all fuses (that I can find related to this) have been checked and OK. Any suggestions on how to get to switch and fan motor to check voltages will be helpful. I've pulled the drawers in the dash out so I can get very limited access to fan and distribution box. I need to shrink a lot before I can reach much and really don't want to have to tear out the distribution box to get to the fan. I really don't want to have to open up any parts of the dash for access unless absolutely necessary. Thanks for thoughts.
