Is there a 110 switch in your load center for electric elements or located in overhead display area that needs to be on?

I had a similar problem, my 110v thermostat was bad. Check with volt meter.

There's a reset button on the high temp 110volt thermostat. See if it isn't tripped.

The green low voltage light is on, but pushing the reset button doesn't help. Is there more than one reset button? I have reset this button to reset the diesel burner.

The reset is in a 4x4 electrical box under the front cover. cover . Turn off 110 volt power and take the electrical cover(4x4) box that is next to the diesel blower and it will be under that. Low voltage doesn't come in to play on the 110volt side.

My hydro hot doesn't work either. I changed the filter type some time ago. The unit hasn't worked since. Could I have allowed air in the lines to cause an old fashioned "vapor lock" situation? The burner doesn't fire. All components have been ck'd and found to be working properly. I am not a fan of this type of system. Too many problems; too expensive to correct! However, when it works, its very good.
