Hydronic heat support

Help! We have replaced the nozzle, fuel filter, cleaned the chamber and set the electrodes. When we used the hydronic heat it smokes and black soot is all over the ground.
Feedback welcome.
Thanks

Dooder - Is this an Oasis system?? If so, when you say that you replaced the fuel filter are you talking about the large spin on filter or the small filter in the nozzle? The reason is if you didn't prime the fuel filter with fuel that's what's going to happen, sputtering and black smoke until all the air is out of the system. If you think you have a more serious issue look at the front of the boiler and see if there is a fault light.

If it is an Oasis model, give their Tech support dept. a call. I have had good response with my questions.
