I want a new shade!

Thats right I want a motorized front windshield inside shade because I am sick of looking at my old stained, frayed and difficult to reach shade.

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated, What about the side windows?

The newer Newmar's come with MCD electric shades. There are 2 shades, one is a sun screen and the other is a black out shade. MCD is located in Texas so just Google them for more info. Many shade companies that roam RV parks also carry this kind of a shade.

Had a one piece MCD shade installed in my 2003 Allegro Bus along with side shades for the driver and passenger windows and the door. Love them. Most folks install two piece for the windshield in rv's with the split windshield, but a one piece is doable.

Here is the one dealer that MCD lists on their web site for Florida.

We had a set of MCD shades put on our 08 Monaco in 2012 to replace the curtains. Loved them. That work was done at the factory in McKinny TX near Dallas.

I felt the same way for right after we purchased the coach. But I wanted a one piece shade and to make that happen also required some cabinetry work.
Here is my thread going through the steps to fix the cabinet so a one piece shaded would fit and I also upgraded the TV at the same time.
One of the best upgrades I have made, so much nicer just pushing a button to raise and lower the shades. Also with the thicker material it seems to have reduced the heat.

I installed an MCD motorized one piece shade in my 2005 Diplomat. Not an easy job, but doable if you're a DIY guy. The most difficult part is to get the exact length measurement. I did this by using a telescoping pole I could adjust to the exact length and then measure.
