Identify this part - 2022 LADP

Found this laying on the ground near my steps. We have been setup for 45 days and steps have not been retracted.

Door awning remains extended also for the duration.

Slides have remained non moving

I don't see anything around the door that this could fit.

My suspicion is that it is related to the main girard awnings, but I don't see anything missing from the ground view.

Any ideas?Attachment 373516Attachment 373517Attachment 373518Click image for larger version

That piece goes on the end of the step. They break off. It slides in and the nut tightens it on.

Thanks for posting the additional photos .

I was leaning towards a ladder end cap ; thankfully ,alan1 , provided the correct placement for the damaged part.

HWH cascading steps ?

That covers the wires at the corner if it's the left side one. You need to get that replaced so that the wires don't get damaged. Contact any NIRVC parts department for a replacement to be shipped out to you.

Found the same piece on the ground by my LA. Gonna try some epoxy to put it back on.

Had the same mysterious piece found on my 2020 London Aire. No one new what is was on delivery so it was tossed. So far no problems.
