Exclamation If you're feeling like Hans and Franz

Be careful lifting the bed up to access under bed storage. Somehow and sometime I pulled the right hydraulic arm out of the plywood from under the bed. Fortunately I reattached an inch from the prior location and so far so good. Use caution when lifting this to its limit as you'll rip it right off the atttachment it seems.

I had a similar experience with my former coach. I fabricated some metal plates and bolted them through the plywood vertical panels with 1/4 x 20 bolts and mounted the lower gas piston mounts to the metal. Solved that problem and no worries when raising the bed.

Good idea. If it happens again I'll follow this idea to re-engineer it.
