indoor thermostats

I still have a lot to learn about my new used 2008 Essex! Can anyone tell me why my indoor temperature sensors seem to register all over the place? The cold bathroom says 75, the bedroom registers 41 and yet the living room and kitchen are cycling just fine at 48. We are experiencing record cold and I have shore power, have the coach plugged in, and am just trying to keep the aqua hot/ furnace running enough to keep the coach at 48-50% in the storage.
Suggestions?
Thank you. This forum is always great.
