Since Newmar does not have an info on their web site about the King Aire, how can I find out the specifications of the different models? I filled out the info requesting a brochure on Newmar's web site, but haven't received it yet.
I know I can see the features, the floor plans and the MSRP of the different models on LeesRV Build an RV page, but didn't see any info on the specs.
I'd like to compare the specs of the Essex models to the King Aire. I know the engine size....I'm mainly concerned with the NCC of the different models since FlyingDiver and I have a lot of 'stuff' we want to carry when we hit the road full-time.
Thanks,
Sue

Hi! It does not get any better then the King Aire. It holds more weight, and when we spent quite a bit of time going thru a few of them,we realized what a great job they did on them . The basement is easily 4-6 inches higher then the Essex and MADP. I can go on and on but see for yourself. Any questions let me know. http://www.newmarcorp.com/kingaire/ Paul

Simply amazing !!!
I've been checking the Newmar site almost daily and the day I decide to post looking for info, without checking their web site first, their site is updated.
Looking forward to comparing the models.
Thanks everyone,
Sue

I see the King Aire is marketed as a "Diesel Bus" like the London Aire, and not a "Diesel Pusher".

Hi Bob! Beauty is in the eye of the Beholder!
Hi Dirk! What is the definition of a bus. They proabably named it that, because it is on the same chassis as the London Aire. And as we all know the London Aire is called a bus. It really is an Essex on Steroids. Being an Essex wannabe, Steroids works for me. Hey Chuck, how come you have been so quiet about this subject? Paul

Well, if I know Chuck, he's hearing an "Essex on steriods" and saying, "I don't know what's that about, but I want one."

Marketing. Status. Exclusivity. I don't consider it a bus. I always think of Prevost when a bus is mentioned.
But, to me it really doesn't matter what it's called.

Hi! I agree with you Dirk! Except for Bob's LADP. Bob's LADP does have that look like Prevost, Newell, etc. Not an Essex on Steroids! For the record, I Love the King Aire Besides the great interior, I could fit so much more stuff underneath the coach, uh bus, uh whatever. It will just help to make our tailgates that much better, more room, more food. And of course room for Dirk's Kobe Steak. Paul

When I think of that slick looking interior cabinets on the KADB, the song "Slip Sliding Away" comes to mind.....YUCK!!
Can't wait for the first KADB buyer to request the LADB cabinets...You'll need to send at least one member of the management team some oxgen!
