They have to be reduced in size 2 MB for a JPEG file. I use the program Paint to reduce them but I'm sure there are others that may have a easier method.

I attempted to attach photos after compressing them to meet this format, hopefully they will come through. And it worked! There are a few more photos, but you get the idea. If you need to know what tools I used or the screws or glue for the vinyl tread, I will respond. Good luck to everyone else. The design changes from year to year,but its similar.
