Intervac system stopped working?

On my 2019 my intervac vacuum system stopped working.
There is power to the unit and vac handle light comes on when pressed
Tried using it inside coach and in basement but same.
There’s power but vacuum not turning on.
Checked for hose clogged
Bag full
Everything seems fine
Any ideas????

The vac handle light is powered by low voltage DC from the vac control circuits and does not confirm there is power to the vac.

The vac itself (ie:motor) needs 115AC.
Are you on shore power?
Check to make sure the vac AC power cord is plugged in.
Check vac AC power circuit breaker.
Look for a tripped GFCI.
Verify presence of AC power at vac power cord.

The handle is actually battery operated and rf remote to the main unit. Maybe your battery is dead.

I've starred in this movie! Check for a GFI in the 1/2 bath medicine cabinet. Only took me an hour to find it.

Well I found two others during my process that may be of interest to you. In our 1/2 bath, there are two fake doors that are clipped in place. They just pull forward to remove. There is a GFI on the exterior wall that may be your problem. Although unrelated, I also found one under the sink in the rear bath.
You might want to just plug your vac. into an extension cord temporarily to verify that it is ok.

So I called Newmar and they connectected me with Intervac Design group.
Did some troubleshooting which is what you guys helped me with in this thread.
They think it’s the circuit board.
They overnighted it to me should receive later today and install.
Fingers crossed

It is amazing how badly documented this system is. There is nothing online that mentions the battery in the wand, or the fact that it is remote controlled. Only clue is the part number ending in RM.

Newmar and Intervac should get kudos though, sounds like they were right there when called.

So Itervac overnighted me a circuit board.
They were great
Stayed on phone with me and walked me through replacing board.
No problem got old board out put new board it.
Before I buttoned it back up plugged vac back in turned in on.
It worked
Then in the process of putting back together a very small transistor fell off the board.
It was never soldered into the board.
I asked them who made the board
Answer “China”
Another board overnighted for tomorrow delivery
At least I know where problem is!
