Maybe you need to press and hold for a few seconds.

What year is your dutch star? Assuming it has a magnum, i would do a 12 volt reboot.

Turn off chassis power by the chassis battery and house power via the salesman switch inside

We have a 2019 Ventana 4369. With the coach power shut off, I turn off the inverter, however the green light stays on for 10 to 20 seconds & remains off, with the readout gone blank as well. I only assume that it has shut down...

Assume.......

Hold the button for several seconds. There is also a big red disconnect switch near the inverter.

I tried holding it down for several seconds but that didnít work.

I have a 2007 Newmar Dutch Star with 24k miles that I just purchased.

The inverter brand is a Xantrex, RCGS remote control gen start

Where should the inverter be located?

Sorry to be a pain but if any of you experts can help a newbie, I’d greatly appreciate it. My other issue is the entry awning doesn’t work. I was quoted o Er $2500 for parts & labor to replace it. Does anyone have a check list of things to turn on/off before driving? Never had an RV and since we bought it used from someone selling for the owner who knows nothing, I’m starting from ground zero. Thank you, Jackie
Note- I am replacing the original tires (12 years old), even tho they look good, after reading your great advice!!

How can I find out if all the recalls have been completed on my used MH? I found the area that shows them and there were 5. I want to ensure they were updated on my MH. Thx Jackie

Jackie-

My awnings are 120 volt, not 12 volt, so if Iím not plugged in and my inverter is off, the awnings donít work. (Previous coach used 12 volt awning.) Make sure this is not your problem.

Are you talking about the BDI next to the panel that shows the inverter on? I tried turning that off as well and the green inverter light stayed on.
