Is This A Fuse?

I'm not sure what this is, I tried finding it on wiring diagrams but can't locate it. I also looked a parts list on Spartan and I found a 20 amp and 30 amp fuse, if that's what this is I don't know which, I was able follow a wire down to the towing plug, I could see that it connected a green wire to it. Anyway I'd like to replace it, it's the small very rusted connector with two threaded posts. This is on our 2005 Newmar Mountain Aire 4301. Thanks.

It looks like a resettable circuit breaker.

It is a circuit breaker. Disconnect it and see what stops working or you will have to follow the wires.

It is a resettable fuse. On my DS, it comes off of the battery and runs to the external plug where the toad plugs into the MH. It allows power, if wired correctly, to charge the toad battery. I think mine is a 20 amp version.

Thanks everyone, yes it is a circuit breaker, one side goes to the batteries, the other side goes down to my plug for towing my jeep. I'll try the 20 amp one.
