Is Triptek still in business? need assistance with camera

I've tried to call them and it just hangs up.
I'm looking for advice on how to troubleshoot my camera system.
While driving, I lost my view of my rear camera, and I guess by default it went to my driver mirror camera. My switch will not change cameras and there's no overlay from my triptek computer (that shows tire pressure, coach info etc..)
My back up camera on the stereo works when in reverse, but not on my monitor.
The turn signals do make a clicking sound inside the video vallet when I use the turn signal switch, so I am wondering if the Video Vallet quit, or if there's something else wrong? I have unplugged and checked the wires that are plugged into the boxes as well.
Can anyone help?

Thanks, Ricky

Triptek is out of business. I spoke to someone there about 4 months ago when I thought that my Triptek was acting up. The display was skewed and horizontal hold was acting up. There are no parts available but I got lucky. The problem was the rear camera and when it was replaced everything went back to normal.

As I recall the Triptek was installed in the camera wiring between camera and Voyager camera wiring. You can move the Triptek to one of the other cameras you have and check it that way.

Most likely it will be your camera. JMO..
