We just had a post by FLEET " TOM" who found something that maybe of interest to you that has had chassis battery charging problems, read and follow this thread to find out what he found and I would check your B.I.M., MAYBE even a BIRD charging circuit.

I often suggest that folks explore and experiment with a multimeter to see the voltage readings of house and chassis batteries with everything off, then on shore power (generator) and with the engine running. Gathering information about voltage readings in the different conditions will prove if all batteries charge when a charging voltage is present. This knowledge will help when you suspect things have gone wrong.

Good point Bob, now I wonder these days how many hands on members we have with meters and know how to use them, most people seem to just want to push a button and everything should work perfectly.
