Jacks constantly raising

I have. 2016 DS with jack problems. When I turn on key they are continuing to raise and are at upper limit and the pump is continuing to try to raise them. None of the buttons on the control panel will stop this and turning off the key is the only way to stop them from trying to raise.
I am attempting to leave a site but can’t get jacks down. Any help would be appreciated.

I had the same problem in reverse the front jacks would go down and not stop. Take the control panel out and unplug it. If they stop or shut off then you have a stuck micro switch in the control panel. I took the control panel apart and sprayed electrical cleaner into the micro switches and worked them around then sprayed more then used some compressed air to dry them and put back together. becarful and note how the little spacers go. Pluged it back together and all is better now and working correctly.

Thank you for your reply. A Newmar technician called and walked me through manually raising jacks. Headed to Newmar soon.

For any future problems, are you sure you are using the correct descriptions of the direction the jacks are moving or not?
When you "Store" the jacks they retract up into the cylinders (which lowers your rig). When you are leveling the system, - auto or manual- the jacks are pressing down onto the ground (which raises your rig).
