Key Fobs Not Working - New DS 4369

We have a brand new DS 4369 and neither key fob will work to lock or unlock the doors or compartments. Both fobs are working because the red light comes when I depress the buttons and they both worked when we first got the coach so I doubt it's the batteries in the fobs. The handle lock works fine.

Any suggestions?

On my 2015 Ventana, there is a fuse in the outside electrical compartment (under the driver's window) for "Remote access". I have had to pull that fuse on two occasions in 2.5 years to "wake" the door lock system up.

Thanks but if its the fuse wouldn't the handle locking system not work either?

Does anyone know where the RF receiver unit is? Fobs may have lost programming or batteries in fobs might need replacing.

Does anyone know what kind of batteries the key fobs use? I don't have them with me right now and I want to get new ones right away to have as spares.

I had that problem and had to re-program them with the button by the steering column. If I remember right I held the button until the light flashed and then press the key fob. The instructions should be in the manual

There is a small button on the left side of the steering column about halfway down from the steering wheel and the floor. Very well hidden it could be possible to push it in with your leg without knowing it. Hope this helps. Not had a problem with mine 2015 LADP

If by "handle lock" you mean the numbered push buttons, you are correct. Those will not work either if the fuse needs to be replaced/reset. Only the key will unlock the door and compartments.

If it's just the fobs, it's another issue.
