KIB Tank Monitor Panel Problem

I have a 2018 Ventana with the KIB digital tank monitoring panel. It has been working fine, but this morning it is indicating everything is "zero" - nothing in my black, grey or fresh tanks and my batteries have no charge. I can't locate a manual for the panel on the KIB website and Newmar didn't include one. Has anyone else had this issue and if so, were you able to get it working?

Last week, while at the dealer for service, my gray tank stopped reading on the monitor, showing it was empty. It wasn't. Black and fresh water read normally. After speaking with KIB on the phone, and trying a replacement board, it still wouldn't work. KIB agreed to send a new unit. That may be what you're looking at. Good luck!

Thanks. The good news is that I'm still under warranty and I'm scheduled for service at NIRVC in Lewisville, TX next month.

These KIB boards are a real mystery. No documentation anywhere. Clearly another company trying to protect intellectual property at the expense of customer convenience. These KIB boards for the most part are logic controllers. Unless you know how they work it makes it impossible to troubleshoot failures of equipment connected to these boards. Right to repair!

From COM_NET, KIB SENSOR System. from TECH Information Section of COM_NET may want to look through it for other items, you say maybe missing.

The response from KIB was underwhelming to say the least. They advised it was a total part failure and that I should take my coach to a dealer for replacement. They did provide me a phone number to call for troubleshooting, but since they already admitted it was a part failure, calling them seemed like a waste of time. There is no manual available.
