KIB Touch Screen Goes to Sleep

To control HVAC and monitor tank levels and battery voltage level.

If the screen goes to sleep and does not start up when touched, turning off the power will not reset.
This may not be in Newgle or your manual.
Here is what to do:
1. Touch the screen for 16-22 seconds.
2. Release to a blank screen with one X in a corner.
3. Subsequently touch each X as the appear-total of 4.
4. Touch the little house in the corner.

Dont get caught without heat or A/C.

Hope this helps. The KIB tech walked me through this with Newmar on the phone...whew!

You may have something wrong and would push the issue with Silverleaf. I have a 19 London Aire also and mine set to go to sleep after 10 mins but it wakes up as soon as I touch the screen. Sounds like a programming issue. My problem that I am fighting with them about now is, if I dont touch something metal, like the grab handle and de-static myself before touching panel the static discharged causes the screen to freezes up. I then have to pull the 2 top fuses of the KIB panel in the power reel bay to reset it. It only does it on the front one, not the bedroom one.
