Kitchen Sink Leak in Ventana

We have a 2015 Ventana with a Huntington Brass Model HB8770NK Faucet. If we turn the handle up quickly to full pressure we get a small leak (moderate drip) at the upper portion of the handle. Has anyone else experienced this problem. If so what was your solution? There are several posts regarding the Huntington Brass faucets on this forum that address the low quality. I, like others, have already replaced the shower fixture. Have others replaced this fixture or is it repairable? If replaced what faucet did you install. If repaired please provide any details. Thanks in advance for any input or ideas you may have.

Huntington brass is terrible. I replaced the master bath faucet and shower. At first sign of a problem I’d gladly put a delta or moen on the kitchen sink. Shouldn’t be too difficult.

We replaced the original kitchen sink faucet in our 2014 Ventana LE with a Pfister Indira unit; about $265 at Lowes with the matching soap dispenser that I haven't yet installed. A bit pricey, perhaps, but a quality fixture with a lifetime warranty. And, the co-pilot likes the styling and functionality; a major plus!
