Stay away from porcelain. We did that once, never again. Too hard to keep clean. Our coach is used as a second home. We use it, cook in it, eat in it, and basically live in it when we are away from home. Therefore, functionality is paramount.

I know you're not asking, but since it's visible in the pic, this is the last time for the kitchen window. Won't be ordering it on next coach.

This is not the case for Newmar, at least for our model. The single sink is covered by two sections of countertop. So you can still uncover half and use the sink and counter, if you like (and we do).
