Added kitchen window for 2007 Newmar 45'

For those who own a 2007 MADP 4528 and perhaps other models that have a deep kitchen cabinet above the sink and want more natural light in that area.

We added a window below that cabinet and I think the window is 18" tall and 24" wide. Almost unreal how it changed the look and feel of the kitchen area. Open the blind and no more dark cave like look. Near the top of our modifications so far. Has metal mini blind (maybe not the best choice) and cover for top of window using same fabric material as other window coverings. Does have sliding window (sideways) and screen that lets in additional fresh air. Bit of a reach to open window or work blind and does allow slight more heat in but well worth it. The work was done by Newmar and looks like it was part of original build. Also added a window on the left of both passenger side slides. Those also have sliding windows and window treatments same as originals including the rope lights. Original lamps and switches were relocated for those and look like original build also. Install was done at Newmar and looks great.

Here is a thread of new 2013 DSDP with pictures and some of Kitchen window that was put in when coach was built.
Maybe tm2go can relate how he had his installed and not run into wiring issues or other things.

Was done at Newmar when new side walls were installed. Also relocated outside "security" lamps that are now lower and changed to new style and added extra one to bedroom slide. Have since converted those to leds (was 2.4 amps per lamp, now .217 @420 lumens).
