Kountry star instrument cluster dead and won't start

05 kountry star on a sparten chassis. After sitting for 5 weeks went to start and noticed I didn't see a wait to start... then noticed volt meter was at or slightly below zero, I tried cranking and turned over normally but would not start.. also normally you see the oil pressure increase but it and the oil temp both didn't move and associated lights were slowly blinking and a no speedo error message displayed on the speedometer annunciator... talked to sparten and thought speedometer is bad.. any thoughts. I'm think it in some way must open a fuel solenoid???
Thanks
Paul

Welcome to iRV2 , and the Newmar family .

Your engine ( Cummins ? ) has electronic fuel injectors ; to stop the engine the ECM ( Electronic Control Module ) simply doesn't fire the injectors , no fuel shut off solenoid .
What you need to do is find all the fuse boxes for the chassis and test all the fuses , you must have some power in the dash area , or the trans shift pad wouldn't light up and you wouldn't be able to crank the engine over.
I don't know how many changes Spartan made to the chassis wiring over the years , but here's a picture of an Older Newmar on Spartan chassis rear fuse and wiring bundle ; in the passenger side compartment just behind the rear wheels .
The red box is the system master fuses and the yellow box the covers for individual circuit fuses , the other thing to check is connections at the chassis batteries , to make sure there isn't a wire that's simply broken off the positive terminal.

Thanks for your reply... the sparten tech thinks it's the speedometer.. has built in, call it a computer. When ignition is turned on it supposed to power up through the speedo head all instruments after they go through a test.. my volt meter, wait to start light, oil pressure and temp stay at or below zero, even when cranking, the engine turns over fine, but oil pressure does not increase.
Fuel and air pressure gauge works. Also on the above gauges a slow blinking light ...
Any suggestions, I've checked most fuses, check ok.. stumped. Hate to spend 500 bucks on speedo if not the problem..
