I have an '04 Kountry Star and the on board generator suddenly would not start and each attempt blew a fuse? Where do I start to trouble shoot? RV repair or mechanic?

I would probably start with the Starter Motor, measure the resistance across the motor. Also check the resistance to ground from the hot side of the starter, the cables may be shorted somewhere and you could trace it out.
