leaking roof and skylight

Buyer beware of buying a used camper and not checking it for rot. I have several leaks in my camper that we are repairing now. The camper is set up at my hunting club and will never be moved so twisting from going down the road should never be a problem. On the roof where the metal meets the fiberglass in the back must have been leaking for a while. Previous owner tried to repair it but must not have caught it before the rot started. We have taking all of the old caulking off and are getting ready to put Eterna bond on it. The skylight is leaking and is also cracked so we are having to buy another one and put in today cause rain is coming. What is the best sealant to put under the skylight and is Eterna bond ok for covering up the seams. I have to put new wood in before I can seal the back seam because it has sunk down and was also wondering if I need to put some kind of sealant between the metal and fiberglass before putting the Eterna bond on it.
