Leaking seal on Slide

Just noticed a leak from my 1of four slides in our 2017 Ventana. Mobile service checked out the rubber seals around the slide and said that they looked great. No cracks, no rotting, etc. But water from the rain still comes in....

Could it be caused by: Not being completely level?
Could it be caused by: off-center slide?

Otherwise I have no ideas. Hate to take it to a dealer or even a Camping World because they are likely to recommend is replacing new seals. Bt I also know that this can't go on forever without major damage.

Any ideas??

Which slide is it and do you know where the water is coming in at?

Both of what you ask can be true for a possible issue as well as other issues. Can you use a strong light source to check if you see daylight around the slide in question? Does your slide close completely when pulled in or does it stick out anywhere? Obviously you need to find the source in order to fix it so a good light search might help in finding the location. Or a water test with a hose and a lot of towels handy.

I had water coming in on the rear wall of one of the slides. It would get the carpet wet during rain. I had a Newmar tech look at it during an FMCA rally and it turned out to be some trim around the slide seal itself had not been caulked correctly. He caulked it and it eliminated the leak.

I don't have a picture of it but it was directly above the seal. When the slide was closed you could not see it.

At the base of the slide which ever one, fold the seal back at the base of slide next to floor level, behind that slide base inward you should see a dam of sealant in outside slide corner so water will not follow the slide base metal trim into the coach floor, the dam of sealant will cause the water to run or drop off slide wall to ground.
