Levelers won't work - emergency brake warning light flashing
Help, please. I am camped and trying to level my new to me 2021 Bay Star Sport 3014. I'm getting an emergency brake not set warning flash on the panel, but the emergency brake is set. Can't level rig. Any suggestions appreciated.

Is your key turned one click forward? Your parking brake signal is coming from the chassis so that will require the ignition to provide power to the switch that allows for the jacks to operate.

Yup, I had the ignition key in the on position. Still get flashing warning light and levelers not working.

Maybe try releasing the parking brake and reset it. There may be a switch that touches the parking brake and may be stuck and not releasing. You could look under the dash and see if you can see it. (This is an old style fix).
Does the brake light on the dash panel show the brake is set? If so, there could be a relay or fuse between the brake switch and the jack panel.
Hope you get it resolved,

Hopefully you got the levelers to work. If so, can you let us know what the problem turned out to be? It hasn't happened to us yet, but it could.
Thanks,

Thank you! I'll see if I can get under there to check that out, and also try to find a fuse that may be involved.

Still a mystery.....have checked and the dash light shows emergency brake applied but the levelers still don't operate. Same error msg. Haven't found a faulty fuse and under dash all seemed OK. I'll keep looking. Thanks, all!

Call Newmar and see if they can help.
You may can start your engine, take parking brake off, hold your foot brake, put it in Drive, then put it in Park, set the parking brake and see if the levelers will go down. Mine will work with the engine running, with the ignition turned to On or to Accessory. - (This idea is just reaching for straws; kind of like rebooting a computer.) You've probably already tried all sorts of things like this.
Hopefully some other Baystar owner will have had this problem and can chime in with a fix, or Newmar service department can help over the phone.
Thanks,
