Leveling jack fuse location on 2004 Kountry Star

Hello all!

Well, we arrived at our site and our leveling Jack's will not raise. The lights on the panel light up and I think I hear a relay clicking when I hit a button, but nothing from the jacks.

Does anybody know where the fuse for the solenoid unit is located?

I also noticed that the fluid level in the reservoir is a little high, but that may be due to the angle we are on.

Thank you in advance for any help here!👍

Are your levelers HWH ?

Do you have an owners manual for the leveling system ?

Can you stand at the reservoir and have some one work the controls to see if that's where the clicking is coming from ?

The leveling system is HWH, yes. I have the manuals and even the wiring diagram, but finding the fusebox has been the issue. I found another fuse block behind the main instrument panel, but all of those fuses were good.

Knowing how it works is great, but where they decided to mount this particular fuse is my issue.

Thank you much for your reply!

What series of HWH ? 325 and 625 series have fuses on the main control board ; and I'm not sure if there is an inline fuse close to the pump motor like my 310.

Look at the HWH pump itself. On the newer ones, there are four fuses mixed into the tangle of wiring around the pump.

On my 2005 Kountry Star 3910 the HWH solenoids are in the front nose compartment, passenger side, next to the generator. They are accessed from the generator access hatch. I also have fuses for the jacks in the compartment under the driver’s seat.

check 12 volts on the master and pump relays. located on the top or side of vthe motor.
if you have power at all four 5/16 studs on the two relays, check the 12 volt connection on the motor. if there is power there, the motor is probably bad.
if there is not power on one of the studs. on the 12 volt relays that would be the problem.
check the small black wire on the pump relay from the control box. power there, the box is ok. no power, start checking the fuses in the box.
there is a wiring diagram in the service manual. if you do not have one, text me at 602 549 3638

Thank you Paul Maddox! We just got back, but I will follow your diagnostics ASAP. Your list is very much appreciated! HWH was wonderful in rebuilding one of our leveling jacks last year (under budget and quick service).
I'll update as I figure this out.
