Leveling not staying level

I'm in a 2021 New Mar Ventana and I've set up on a spot with a slight slope to my driver's side. I've had to relevel 2 times now. Is it my leveling system not holding or the ground?

Any sign of the jack pads sinking into the ground ?
Do you know the manufacturer and series info of your levelers ?

If you have an HWH similar to our 2022 Dutch Star I would try to measure the jacks right after leveling and then later on to determine if one or more are slowly retracting. If you find one is gradually retracting then you have a hydraulic leak. If it is leaking from the jack seal or hose fittings you would find fluid somewhere on the ground or in lower storage compartments. If no fluid is found it is likely a hydraulic valve letting the fluid leak back into the tank. Each jack has a valve that locks the fluid to lock the jack in the extended position. If the hydraulic fluid has any dirt or debris it can get stuck in the valve and leave it slightly open allowing fluid to leak back to the tank.

Is the ground soft? If so, when we had a 2019 Ventana (equalizer jacks), I used plywood to create more surface area and still sometimes it didn't help.

For hard ground that maybe too low thus your jacks fully extend but that is not enough, build up the area using boards, etc. so the jack don't have to fully extend.

If it's falling to the same side every time then you have a bad jack or a hydraulic leak. Look for fluid at each leveler and also at the hydraulic tank and pump.
I've had to replace a jack on my 2020 and now the same location is failing again. Going in for service next week.
