We have a 2001 Dutch Star 3852 that has side marker lights in serious need of new covers. Current ones are very faded and cracking.

We've checked online and in "obvious" places like local RV dealers (with shops) etc...can't find the one we need. We need either a clear cover or an amber color (if clear, we can swap the light bulb for the amber bulb).

The one we are looking for is similar to the one in the third post in this thread: http://www.irv2.com/forums/f103/01-d...es-209286.html

Calling Newmar tomorrow but any help is welcome.

Got the part number for your year Dutch Star from ComNet (81113) and looked it up on the web. These were made by Hamsar Diversco, here's a catalog page that has them from 2012 (model SML-100). Unfortunately they do not seem to make them any more, but maybe they can help you find a replacement.

Update, husband called Newmar and they have a replacement...actually cost less than the ones on Amazon. So they will be here this coming week.

The SML-100 is the replacement part which I received today.
