Locked out!
We pulled into our resort in Indio, didn’t lock the door. Went to check in and came back out and found door won’t unlatch! We have the keys. No help. Windows all closed and locked. Door will not open/unlatch!
Help.

Put your hands very flat on the door near the opening edge and really huff against it several times to get the latches fully closed.
Then try opening it

Fixed it. Got in via emergency window. Used an air bag and Jimmy tool. Door latch mechanism was loose. All three screws on door side!

Those three stews were loose. That caused the outside handle to not release the latch. The inside handle worked. After tightening the screws the outside handle worked. Ugh. There should be a service bulletin.

I would get some lock tight when you get to a hardware store and redo those screws.

Always leave one window unlocked for this very reason. There are several ways those doors bite you.
