Locking gas caps?

Hi all. We just bought a 2001 Dutch Star 3883 and fixing up the little things to make it perfect for us and on my long list is changing the standard gas caps to locking gas caps. I would prefer green or yellow colored just for the heck of it and the ones I have can't lead me to which ones I could buy online and fit. All I know is it has motorcraft brand and a 4080 on the edge. Has anyone updated to locking gas caps on our newmars? We store it in a storage facility and just want to slow anyone down from stealing fuel.
Thanks

Hi New 2 Newmar,
Stant is the brand to ask for. Take your cap to any auto parts store. I use NAPA. Usually you can get 2 caps keyed alike.

Ok thanks for that info.

I'm now leaning towards the 10591D as the right one but I'm not 100% sure. It's $30 cdn @ Napa but only $18 cdn on Amazon. Call me cheap, haha and I would hate to go into Napa, check, then say I'll think about it then order from Amazon.

I did not replace my caps but I did use plastic paint to paint them green to give me a clue which one of the fuel handles to grab. I need all the clues and tips I can get

Whatever you choose, put a leash on it ... I use a fishing leader. Caps are very easy to leave behind.

Just be careful, some states have green handles for gas. Indiana is one of the states that comes to mind.

A couple of points to think about:it’s usually pretty hard to siphon gas out of the motorhome, if not impossible, and a person I know who has a flatbed truck removed the locking cap because it was stored outside at his shop and people kept stealing gas by cutting the rubber hose between the filler and the tank. After he bought three new filler hoses he took the locking cap off.
