London Aire blown tire

Was driving out of town to work and received phone call about broken down coach. He stated he stopped but people were already assisting and did not feel safe on side of interstate. I am sorry and hope all is safe with whom this happened too. Looks like a good bit of damage occurred to bay behind drivers side tire. He stated at least it did not roll like the one on FB or youtube.

Prayers David,

What year LADP? If one of the original ones it may have been overdue for tires.

I asked my friend numerous questions and would say 2014 or newer. This happened around Denham Springs Louisiana.

Well, it certainly wouldn't have been the tire age then! And an LADP should have sufficient tires for it's weight. Did they hit some road hazard?

Was given wrong information, talked to others who live in the vicinity and was told it was a King Aire. Still would like having the facts on this bad incident.

Haven't seen anything on this being a "bad" accident. Did it destroy the KADP, people hurt or what?

Did not hear of people being hurt, just that MH was sitting on axle and area around tire destroyed. At this point do not know if it was a blow out from tire failure or road debris causing this tire failure.

Incorrectly inflated, my guess...
I have never ever seen anyone in any RV resort checking tire pressures be4 they leave...
Maybe everyone has TPMS?

Owner should be very thankful for Comfort Drive! I have read it keeps the coach going straight in a blowout situation. Very well may have saved lives! Praise God!
