yes 2007 and the owner of the dealer had used it for a few years after they traded it in...tryiing to sell for 60 g's they couldnt do it.....and today i deliverd the check and they had it in to get chassis serviced{i thought they did it there but was mistaken} so tranny and oil is being changed along with inspection with and total service...might be a week to 10 days to go thru walk thru....i like the service at dealers....jeff

Info from the dealer says its a Diesel Pusher, but on Gaz ???? Where is the engine ?
I also looked at all the carpet you will want to dispose of.....97 carpet in 2012 means......change it or get rid of it.......Good Luck +tires and all other things already discussed

Looks really nice. Wish ours had the interior with the dark wood.

Enjoy, Jim

Yeah, our 2000 London Aire has a grill up front too. There's a 12.5 KW Onan sitting behind it.

Had one guy argue with me, saying that the MH had to have a gasoline engine because it had the grill.

beenthere,

Keep an eye on those tires during the first couple thousand miles you drive it. You may find that they start cracking once you start traveling.
well got 10 yrs and 4.95 on the loan...so i sign today..i talked to dealer and he assured me i will of course be happy..i told him not to cash the check till final inspection as of course my wife needs to be secure and happy after detail and service..i have not driven a new MH but cant imagine being better{dont flame i know it just has to be} its been in shop getting ready for days now as i did tell them i wanted it..but finall inspection with checklists and wife taking notes will be final deal...will get pics ect after next week and delivery..now to meet all you folks for a cocktail and stories...jeff

ps buy the way has anybody backed out of deal at the end due to not getting detail and service as expected????
On the bold, Holy Cow! You need to be mentally prepared to walk on this thing - for sure! Don't fall in love with it or get tangled up with it mentally until ALL doubts have been satisfied!

I would replace the tires, cracked or not. If one of them lets go unexpectedly, rest assured you will not be a happy camper. It's not like a flat in a car.... At the very least, get the fronts done ASAP.

Hope everything goes well for you!
