Wow ......
Thanks everyone. I took off the weekend and came back to all this good advice. The good news is we put a deposit on the 3636 so if everything goes as planned we should be in the coach very soon. Buying from an owner is a little more complicated than new from the dealer. I have owned pop ups, Toy haulers and regular trailers but never a motor home. This is going to be an adventure.

The first thing Im going to do is get it inspected. Thanks again for all the advise.

Welcome to the forums, skychs
Nice looking coach you have there, to keep it that way so you can enjoy this link has many items you may want to look at in case of a problem.
You have the Newmar two motor drive for your FWS not the HWH system, need to check tire pressures, slide motor bolt mountings and systems in coach in your driveway if possible.
Your battery systems can be always kept at full charge with just a 110 outlet to plug your shore line into.
All the items listed have the answers in the link, if thats not enough my signature has many more.
Enjoy the new coach and many safe traveling miles ahead for you.

Looks like you bought the coach! Congratulations! My DS is 38' long so not much difference. I use the generator a lot in the summer, including while traveling because the dash air won't cool off the entire MH. Looking forward to more posts from you especially as to how you like jumping to a motorhome!
