Looking for Bay Star Specific Winterization Procedure...
... all I can find is generic NewMar procedures. Does anyone have one that has the details required for my coach?

Do you have Truma tankless water heater, whole house water filter or ice maker?

Sorry for the delay, Halloween and Grandkids.
I will try to do a step by step but no guarantees on accuracy as I am not an expert and have a '22 3226. This is what I did just a few days ago.
1. Turn off water pump
2. Remove house water filter element (you should have a white plastic wrench to remove lower housing) and replace housing without the element.
3. in wet bay, open red and blue line low point drain valves and drain water out then close valves.
4. Open exterior Truma tankless water heater cover, find power switch and move to center position, unlatch top of yellow strainer retainer and pull down (water will come out). Gently pull strainer out of the housing.
5. After Truma drains, return retainer without the strainer and put stainer in any open area it will fit in (usually a space in upper left corner).
6. Inside coach, find the back of the Truma and move the 3 valves to the opposite position (parallel lever = open and perpendicular lever = closed), this will bypass the water heater.
7. Find the clear plastic hose in the basement and remove plug in the end.
8. Using at least 2 gallons of antifreeze, place the clear hose into the bottom of one of the antifreeze jugs.
9. Move the valves to the opposite positions (again parallel = open and perpendicular = closed)
10. Making sure all faucets/showers/etc are closed, go to wet bay and turn on the water pump.
11. Back in wet bay, turn on outside shower and wait for water to turn to antifreeze, cold water first and then for hot. Don't let it run much past the first sight of antifreeze and watch to make sure your clear suction hose is always in antifreeze.
12 Go to each interior water outlet and do the same. inside shower, bathroom sink, toilet, kitchen sink, any other water outlet you may have. Again, wait till you see antifreeze and then turn off. No need to excessively run.
13 Ice Maker, I have a double door Norcold. If you have a residential refrigerator this will not apply. I do not know the process for residential other than let the ice maker cycle until you have pink ice. If Norcold, unplug the ice maker from the outlet in the exterior refrigerator compartment (mine was white but if you don't know which is which then unplug both. I use an old extension cord with the female end cut off and each of the wires stripped and 2 flat female blade terminals installed one on each wire. remove the two connectors on the ice maker solenoid. plug the two female extension cord ends into the solenoid. I then plug in the extension cord to a live outlet for maybe 3 seconds at a time until antifreeze starts running in the ice bin (again, make sure your hose is still in the bottom of the antifreeze). You will need help inside to know when the ice maker is spitting out antifreeze.
Remove the extension cord, plug in the solenoid, plug in the ice maker.
14. if you still have antifreeze left, run each outlet more to just make sure the traps have some antifreeze in them.
15. remove hose from antifreeze, reinstall plug, move valves to opposite position (only these valves).
16 turn off water pump. empty fresh water tank, done

Hi Steve-
point #6 - Does “inside the coach” refer to the basement right behind the Truma unit or the living area? Points #9 & 15 - which valves are you referring to? I’m trying to follow your instructions as a greenhorn to this process. Tia
