No molly or toggle bolts.
Coat the screws with epoxy and inject some into the hole. Insert the screw and "tighten" until it just slips. Let dry. You're all set. You should be able to break out the screw if you need to remove it, worst case you might need to drill it out.
Another approach is to inject epoxy into the hole use tape on outside to hold it in while it dries. The thicker gel epoxies are better in this use. When dry re-drill the hole. Use a new self-tapping type screw with some silicone grease or bar-soap on it as a lubricant to cut new threads into the epoxy. Good as new.
