When installing the preheat pump I purchased 1ft of 3/4" hose, and only needed 4 inches. I cut the extra in 4 pieces, and used a zip tie to hold it on two sides of the 2 pumps that were loose. This prevented the vibration.

It turns out to be the bypass switch on the oasis was switched at the dealer making the pump run.

Transfer Switch is a good bet like stated earlier. That said, may mean the switch may be on the brink of failure.
