Need help with low voltage on 2014 Mountain Aire
Both legs is showing 109 to 110 volts with shore power but with generator I have 120 volts. Has any one had this issue or does anyone have an idea where to look?
Thanks in advance

I would look at the campground pedestal and you need a surge protector to save your RV.

Normal is 110-125 so you really do not have a problem, but... as was noted
If the shore power voltage is low step one is mesure at the pedistal
NORMALLY if the box is 50/30/20 the 30 will be on one leg and the 20 on the other so use a 15-30 adapter and a kill-a-watt or other plug in line voltage monitor to measure both legs at the pedestal
The link below is a very nice one,, I got it for free but still it is a very nice one.... It is analog.. The Kill-a-watt is a bit cheaper, and digital, and also has a bunch of other functions.

Ditto. Your readings are normal in many campgrounds. Watch your voltage when you cut on all AC units. If they were not operating when you read this you may well see much lower. I have been in sites that deliver far too low with AC's on, like less than 100. Use only genset power for AC's in this scenario.

More details that I should have listed
The coach is in a new storage facility and the outlet where I am plugged into has 118 volts and my coach has 109 volts with nothing on, I cannot run even 1 air conditioner.
Thanks

Low voltage in coach with correct volts at outlet where plugged into
I have a 2914 Mountain Aire that I just got about 6 weeks ago and both legs is showing 109 to 110 volts with shore power but with generator I have 120 volts. The outlet where connected reads 118 to 119 volts and this is with nothing on in the coach. I am not able to turn on even 1 air conditioner. Has any one had this issue or does anyone have an idea where to look?
Thanks in advance

There is no power source we have today to support a unit that is 9 centuries in the future. LOL
OK...can you be more specific about the symptoms? I'm not sure if you are saying the AC units won't work at all or just won't work on generator power.
First Capt. Obvious question is, have you checked your breaker panel?
Anther question is whether or not the fans work without calling for AC or can be manually turned on?
Is there power to your thermostat?
Good luck.

The coach is in storage and when I try to turn 1 A/C on it will run only maybe 15 seconds. The outlet where the coach is plugged into reads 118 to 119 volts but only 109 volts are being received in the coach with all appliances etc. off. I turned the generator on and the reading in the coach is 120 volts.

I really don't know because I am not real good at electrical things. It is a new place with 5 other motorhomes there and an electrician tested the outlet and said it was OK.

I'm having a little trouble following your description but, if I am not misreading:
1) The Pedestal outlet(s) ... each leg ... are reading 118 - 119 VAC.
2) the interior RV outlets are reading 109 -110 VAC when you are plugged into the Pedestal.
3) the interior outlets are reading 120 VAC when disconnected from the Pedestal and running on the Genset.
If that is the case, you might have a bad RV/Pedestal Shore Cable or a bad Transfer Switch. How are you measuring the voltage (what device)?
It would appear the voltage loss is somewhere between the Pedestal Outlet and your Main Distribution Panel. If both legs of the 50amp are showing 109 - 110VAC you may have a bad Neutral between the Pedestal and Main Distribution. It's a bit odd that both legs are low.
This depends on whether I am reading your description correctly ...

Are you plugged in directly to the power source with your 50 amp power cord are are you using any adaptors to fit the power box?
